Construction on Skihouse H2o is underway. Come back and view progress below, from clearing the site to completion in December 2010. The main building component is ICF walls--foam blocks filled with concrete. This system speeds construction time and is 3 times more insulative than traditional concrete block systems typically used in southern Florida, providing much greater energy efficiency in the conditioned space.
