We have joined onto artist Edgar Arceneaux's block sized artist/architect collaborative artwork to re imagine the community adjacent to the historically significant Watts Towers by Simon Rodia. The project's aim is to redevelop the neighborhood and demonstrate how art and design can stimulate and incubate local, often under served economies. We are working directly with Watts House Project to create their offices, a cafe and a community space from 3 existing one story1930's structures on a single property. Our concept is to take these three elderly dames and distinguish them each with a new chapeau. Construction to begin shortly.
